What We Do

Our Mission

We investigate and analyze global migration and immigration issues with a focus on select countries experiencing acute displacement pressures. Our goal is to develop informed, practical solutions that support both countries of origin and host nations.

Our Work

  • Migration Research & Analysis We conduct in‑depth investigations into the drivers of migration—conflict, political instability, economic pressures, and environmental factors—to help governments and organizations understand emerging trends.

  • Policy Consultation & Public Engagement We collaborate with governments, civil society, and nonprofit organizations to strengthen migration policies, improve public understanding, and promote evidence‑based decision‑making.

  • Case‑by‑Case Advisory Support We provide tailored assessments for specific migration situations, offering guidance to both national origin countries and host countries. Our work includes evaluating immediate crises and long‑term resettlement challenges.

  • Monitoring Global Hotspots We actively track security and humanitarian developments in regions experiencing instability. For example, we are currently monitoring the situation in Eastern and Central Africa, where conflict has displaced large civilian populations into neighboring states and, in some cases, onward to resettlement in the U.S and Canada (Global Refugee Forum)

Our Focus Areas

  • Mass migration from Africa to Europe

  • Forced displacement due to conflict

  • Refugee resettlement patterns

  • Transnational security concerns

  • Integration challenges in host countries

  • Collaboration with international and local partners
